Job Overview

Placement for each position depends on experience and performance. Each are vital to our professional roofing company so applicants who work well as a team, are dependable, and take pride in their work are preferred. These positions allow one to work outdoors, enjoy a variety of job sites, and the opportunity to learn or gain more experience with each project.

Daily tasks typically include, but are not limited to, the completion of commercial and industrial roof repairs and replacements. A crew member must be able to crouch, climb a ladder, and possess a willingness to learn and follow directions.

Compensation is based on experience and promotions are based on performance, not tenure.

Requirements: 

• Comfortable working at heights and climbing a ladder.
• Able to work as a team and making safety a priority when on any jobsite. (Safety training is provided.)
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random testing.
