Snow

Condensation
Cold surface + warm air = condensation. Even well-insulated buildings are at risk of having an area where the warm interior air escapes and reaches the cold roof. When this happens, condensation will form and if not corrected, it leads to mold, mildew and other damage.  

Wind
Your roof can be exposed to high winds during winter months. Damaging winds can wreak much havoc on a commercial roof, especially if it already had minor, unnoticed problems beforehand.
