| POSITION REQUIREMENTS |
A background in roofing is desirable, or any construction experience is a plus. Must have good communication and math skills, ability to perform pre-operational and post-operational inspection and be extremely safety conscientious. Valid Class A commercial driver's license and driving record that qualifies for coverage from our insurance is required. Must be able to carry at least 50 lbs, and pass pre-employment drug screening and random testing. Ideal Applicant is able to review job packets and work with project managers to understand project requirements for installation, safety, training, hours estimated, etc. to be able to set guidelines and goals for the specific project. Have the ability to read blueprints, data, and specification of the project. A background in roofing is desirable, or any construction experience is a plus. Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual with an excellent work ethic and competitive drive. Valid driver’s license and driving record that qualifies for coverage from our insurance required.
