Safety doesn’t happen on accident. We want our employees to go home to their families each night, so we make safety our #1 priority.

So how do we do this? We have a comprehensive program that helps keep safety top of mind. Frost employees not only complete a safety-training program, but also receive ongoing training to ensure the health and safety of team members and clients. When weather does not allow us to be on a job site, we take advantage of this time by allowing employees to complete OSHA certifications, bringing in companies to teach employees important safety tips, and our required annual safety trainings.
