Pictured here is a project we installed that was over 900 sq. ft. There are many benefits to a ballasted EPDM roof system:

1. Economy: A ballasted roof can be installed rather quickly, reducing labor costs.
2. Aesthetics: The texture of the stone complements its building's structure and allows for walkway pavers to fit right into the design nicely.
3. Energy Efficiency: When installed properly, the energy efficiency is comparable to that of an ENERGY STAR® reflective roof.
4. Sustainability: Since it is not adhered, much of the roof's components can be removed or repaired easily, and the underlying foam insulation could also be reused.
