The St. Rita’s Emergency Room Expansion in Lima, Ohio required the installation of a ballasted EPDM roof system and champagne aluminum coping. This is an economical roofing system suitable for a wide variety of buildings. It helped with the hospital’s aesthetic design with the ballast covering the roof surface. This project was completed in three phases to keep the Emergency Room in operation.
